The Manager: Compliance is responsible for maintaining and developing the PSSPF's existing compliance framework, ensuring full and ongoing adherence to applicable legislation and regulatory requirements. The role operates independently of the PSSPF's operational functions and carries direct access to senior management and the Board of Trustees. The successful candidate will be the PSSPF's primary interface with the FSCA and other regulatory bodies.
