This is an Employer for whom – from inception of the employer:

There are no outstanding contribution payments.
There are no outstanding data schedules.
If the employer was Non-Trading (resulting in outstanding schedules and payments being
reflected) – there must be a Non-Trade letter on record confirming the start and end of the
Non-Trade period.
There is no Late Payment Interest outstanding.
